Created by two young enthusiasts and entrepreneurs from Stockholm in 1979, Kenneth Andram and Peter Wilton, Boomerang right from the outset, drew up plans for a Scandinavian brand of premium quality casual clothes. The first spring collection presented a range of piqués, cotton shirts, oxford shirts, cord and canvas trousers solid or in stripes. Clothes that to this day still form the basis of the Boomerang range. As a natural continuation of the Boomerang Effect, 2009 saw the premier for Boomerang Home, an interior design collection where recycled garments were collected and utilized.
Today, almost thirty-eight years since the company was founded, Boomerang is a well-known Scandinavian brand with distribution in six countries, with 25 privately-owned shops and more than 200 specially selected retailers. Every season, through their collections, Man and Woman, they present a complete wardrobe with clothes and accessories for all occasions.
